ORD #43-2016  First Reading: An ordinance to amend the appropriations for the current expenses of the City of Norton for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2016.    (Finance-Whipkey)  1st reading only

ORD #44-2016  First Reading: An ordinance authorizing the Director of Finance to make a payment to settle claims related to holiday pay under section 258.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City.    (Whipkey-Finance)  1st reading only

ORD #45-2016  First Reading: An ordinance declaring a moratorium for a period of twelve months on the installation of tile pipe pursuant to Chapter 1028 of the Codified Ordinances of the City, and declaring an emergency.    (Kernan-Planning) 1st reading only
