ORD #26-2018  Second Reading:         An ordinance authorizing the Administrative Officer to execute and deliver a contract with Romaster Corporation for cleaning services for City buildings; and declaring an emergency.     (Whipkey-Finance) 2nd reading only.

ORD #30-2016  Second Reading:         An ordinance authorizing the Administrative Officer to execute and deliver an exclusive 5-year contract to perform residential solid waste collection and recycling services to Republic Services of Ohio Hauling, LLC.    (Pelot-Utilities) 2nd reading only.

ORD #31-2016  Second Reading:         An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute and deliver a petition requesting the creation of the Wolf Creek Watershed Conservancy District; and declaring an emergency.     (Pelot-Utilities) 2nd reading only.
