ORD #5-2015                First Reading:     An ordinance vacating parts of Julien Avenue within the City of Norton, Ohio.    (Grether Planning) 1st reading only. Public Hearing to be held on February 9, 2015 at or about 7:15 PM.

INTRODUCTION OF PRIOR LEGISLATION

ORD #1-2015                Second Reading:         An ordinance authorizing the execution and delivery of a Memorandum of Understanding among the City of Norton, the City of Barberton and Summit County; and declaring an emergency.    (Pierson-Utilities) 2nd reading only.

ORD #2-2015                Second Reading:         An ordinance to authorize the Administrative Officer to enter into an agreement with Michael Benza & Associates, Inc. for professional engineering services in connection with the design of a pavement management system, and declaring an emergency.     (Pelot-Service) 2nd reading only.

ORD #4-2015                Second Reading:         An ordinance to amend Section 242.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Norton, Ohio; and declaring an emergency.     (Tousley-Personnel) 2nd reading only.

ORD #107-2014            Third Reading:            An ordinance declaring certain City properties as no longer needed for municipal purposes and authorizing the Administrative Officer to advertise the proposed sale of said property and declaring an emergency.    (Whipkey-Property)
