Electric Aggregation Program
The Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (NOPEC) was recently selected as the City of Norton’s Electric Aggregation program supplier. Enrollment letters to all eligible residents and small businesses will begin mailing on March 19, 2025. These enrollment letters will detail NOPEC’s Standard Program Price, other rate options available, and how to opt out of the aggregation program if you choose to do so. If you receive an enrollment letter and want to be part of the aggregation program, you do not need to take any action. You will automatically be enrolled into NOPEC’s Standard Program Price option negotiated exclusively for NOPEC customers. For information about NOPEC’s Monthly Variable Rate, Fixed-Term options, or 100% Renewable Energy Content options, visit nopec.org/electric or call the Customer Care Center at 855-667-3201.
For more information about NOPEC and the City of Norton’s electric aggregation program, you can call NOPEC’s Customer Care Center at 855-667-3201. Representatives are available 24/7 to answer your questions.
