   Payments can be mailed in, paid in-person, or over the phone during business hours at Norton City Hall.

   Acceptable Payment Types: Cash, Check (made payable to City of Norton), or Debit/Credit Card (a 3% processing fee will be applied).
   
   The fee must be paid to assure the reservation. The fee charged for the reservation of the facility is used to defray the cost of electricity and maintenance. The fee is non-refundable. However, it can be applied to another available date, if needed. 

4. Rates for Norton Resident: Columbia Woods Park

   Exclusive use of entire park for eight-hour private event: minimum $450

   CW-1: $30, maximum eight hours
   CW-2: $35, maximum eight hours
   CW-3: $40, maximum eight hours
   Gazebo: $10 for one hour, $20 more than one hour
   Tennis Courts: $45, two hours
   Baseball Field (each): $35, three hours
   Football Field: $35, three hours

5. Rates for Non-Resident: Columbia Woods Park

   Exclusive use of entire park for eight hour private event: minimum $450

   CW-1: $60, maximum eight hours
   CW-2: $70, maximum eight hours
   CW-3: $80, maximum eight hours
   Gazebo: $25, for one hour, $50 more than one hour
   Tennis Courts: $45, two hours
   Baseball Field Each: $35, three hours
   Football Field: $35, three hours

25. Applicant’s Responsibilities Agreement

    - Maintenance- The facility shall be left in as good a condition as it was found. Disfigurement, removal, or littering of any park property is not allowed, and it will be the responsibility of the user to reimburse the City of Norton for any cost incurred in returning the aforementioned facility to its original condition. User will not make a claim of liability against the City of Norton for personal or property injuries arising from the use of the aforementioned facility. All park rules are to be observed and a copy of the park rules will be provided upon request.

    Tennis Courts are for tennis only. Players must wear rubber soles and no heels.

    Use of fire is only permitted in established designated areas such as grills and outdoor fireplace.
