Patrolman Fratantonio and Seabolt arrived on the scene of a one-car traffic accident with the vehicle fully engulfed in flames. Putting their safety at risk, both officers rushed to the vehicle, broke the driver's side window, and pulled the driver out of the vehicle. Both officers dragged the driver to a safe distance before an explosion. The passenger compartment was fully engulfed in flames. On October 20, 2017, Patrolman Fratantonio and Seabolt received the "Safety Forces Hero" award from the FBI Citizens Academy Foundation of Cleveland Honoring Hometown Heroes event in Cleveland.
