Business hours for the Norton Fire Department are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. The business office is closed on holidays.  

Emergencies:
Call 911 - Emergencies are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by our Dispatch Center - Southwest Summit Communications (SWSCOM).

Non-Emergencies:
Station personnel may be contacted 7 days a week, from 6 a.m. - 10 p.m. Call 330-825-3086 for assistance.
